("Vanguard Horology", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By accessing it, you confirm you meet this age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. The Service is unavailable where prohibited by law.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service fully, you must register with truthful and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and all account activities. Notify us immediately at if you suspect any unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, submitting false info, or engaging in fraud.
3. Service Description and Limits
Vanguard Horology provides AI-powered market insights, trade signals, and optional automated order execution via linked brokerage accounts. The Service is for informational use only.
- Vanguard Horology does not hold or control your funds; all capital remains in your brokerage or exchange accounts.
- We connect to your broker using API keys with read-only and trade execution permissions; these keys do not allow fund withdrawals.
- Past performance of strategies or signals does not guarantee future results.
- Trading involves risk, including possible loss of Vanguard Horology capital.
4. No Investment Advice
Nothing on the platform Vanguard Horology constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All AI signals and data are for informational purposes. Consult a licensed financial advisor before investing. Vanguard Horology is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial consultant.
5. Fees and Payments
Some features require paid subscriptions. Fees are detailed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Taxes are your responsibility. Subscriptions are prepaid monthly or yearly. Refunds are discretionary within 14 days of initial payment for new users.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or violate any laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the platform’s source code.
- Use bots or automated tools to scrape data from the Service.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.
- Disrupt or damage the Service or its infrastructure.
- Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or illegal financial activities.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, content, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets belong solely to Vanguard Horology or its licensors. No rights or licenses to these assets are granted to you. Our trademarks and logos must not be used without prior consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Vanguard Horology WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR THAT IT IS FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Liability Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Vanguard Horology WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF POSSIBILITIES. 10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vanguard Horology and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Account Termination
You may close your account any time via settings or by contacting We may suspend or terminate access immediately if these Terms are violated. Account data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy following closure.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by laws of New York State, excluding conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Unit 101, Raheja Towers, M.G. Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India under American Arbitration Association rules. EU and UK users may also pursue claims in local courts.
13. Amendments to Terms
We may revise these Terms anytime with at least 14 days’ notice via email or platform alerts. Continued use signifies acceptance.
